- OPTIONAL- 1/2 CUP- CHOCOLATE CHIPS/PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS, COCONUT FLAKES

PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES
LINE COOKIE SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
EASY HOMEMADE GRANOLA:
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN LARGE BOWL AND MIX THOROUGHLY. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS COVERED, BUT NOT SATURATED. ADD MORE AS NEEDED, I.E. HONEY, MAPLE SYRUP TO NOT HAVE ANY DRY INGREDIENTS IN THE BOWL.
SPREAD EVENLY IN CAST IRON SKILLET OR COOKIE SHEET AND PLACE IN OVEN.
SET TIMER FOR 15 MINUTES AND CHECK. CONTINUE TO BAKE IN 5 MINUTE INCREMENTS CHECKING FOR CRISPNESS, NO MORE THAT 25 MINUTES TOTAL.
LET COOL COMPLETELY. APPROXIMATELY ONE HOUR
