Gone are the days when self-care was considered a purely feminine pursuit. Today, more men are recognizing that taking care of their physical and mental well-being is a sign of strength, not weakness. You go out into the world with all the challenges men face daily just being male. The egos, the competition, the stresses of providing, appearances of what you’ve achieved compared to other men. Before you read on I want you to know that I love men. I appreciate all that you bring to the world, all of your energy, the care you give to women and children and your innate ability to help with the physical strength and mindset gifts you were born with. Regardless of your lifestyle,, men are amazing and I love being in your energy. Thank you for all you’ve done for me in my life, whether a stranger or friend, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from men (for the most part).
This blog is for you. This blog is to help you relax and be kind to your physical body that you use so much to do hard physical things, (like pick up or move super heavy things. You even build things!). Yes, women can do some of these things too, but today it’s all about men and your awesomeness! Only things men can do, I’m talking about you today!

Have you ever tried a sauna? I’m going to be general here, but in my experience most men are naturally hot natured, so I’m guessing many men aren’t fans of the sauna because it’s hot. So the art of muscle maintenance, what do you mean? Well, whether you workout or not men use their muscles more than women. If you have a physically demanding job, you most definitely should consider incorporating a message into your life. Even if you don’t have a physically demanding job, I’m sure you mow the lawn, or possibly paint or build things. Maybe you maintain a home or yard? Perhaps you’re a mechanic or trade skill worker, you’re most definitely using your muscles in ways most don’t.

When it glows, not shines greasy, but glows it’s attractive. Women notice it in other women and we notice it in men. Men notice it too, but perhaps they can’t identify what they’re admiring is the healthy glow, but I’ve had men say to me often, “you glow”.
Our skin is the largest organ on our body, therefore, the face is the first place people notice. Keep you skin well maintained, clearing out toxins in your body, using great skincare products and getting facials all contribute to health and youth.
