Actionable Step: Start by identifying your strengths. Make a list of your skills, talents, and positive qualities. Reflect on compliments you’ve received or achievements you’re proud of. Regularly remind yourself of these strengths. When negative thoughts about your abilities arise, counter them with evidence of your competencies and past successes.

We want to start new with a fresh mindset, we are not those negative thoughts and we can start training ourself how to become confident with a daily affirmation practice.
I cannot tell you how many times I’ve practiced daily affirmations. The path to empowerment, building confidence within is fueled by daily affirmations. There are so many tools today that can help you build this confidence muscle. (I used to and still do write them on post-it notes and place them sporadically around my daily spaces).

However, I highly recommend creating your very own, if they match another, perfect, but make sure they’re yours first.

This is a step that I cultivated when I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I got to the point where I was tired of hearing myself complain the same stories to my friends and family members. I got tired of living the same live cycle year after year knowing that my future was going to be a repeat of my past unless I took action and did something about it. I had to make a change. Building confidence within comes from your desired to take action and then seeing it through and this will empower you to live your best life.
Actionable Step: Find your “why.” Understanding the deeper reasons behind your goals can significantly boost your motivation. Whether it’s personal fulfillment, the desire to help others, or achieving a lifelong dream, keep your “why” at the forefront of your mind. Additionally, surround yourself with sources of inspiration—books, podcasts, or people who motivate you to strive for your best.

I flew across the country to join a community of people I’d never met before because I wanted to learn and grow.
